Nolite means “do not.”
I founded Nolite Strategies after 25 years studying and teaching political rhetoric — how authority is constructed, how audiences decide who sounds credible, and how public leadership is performed under scrutiny.
Do not shrink.
Do not yield.
Do not apologize for seeking power in service of the public good.
Authority is a practice
I have spent decades coaching public speakers, including national championship competitors, training them to structure arguments with precision and deliver them with disciplined presence. I have also spent more than a decade organizing in my community, working alongside people committed to building institutions that serve.
What I have observed repeatedly is this: capable women often hesitate in environments that reward overconfidence. They hedge. They over-explain. They soften their delivery in anticipation of resistance. Meanwhile, less-prepared candidates step forward without hesitation.
Authority is not an accident. It is not a personality trait. It is a practice.
At Nolite, I work with candidates to align messaging, delivery, and presence so authority reads clearly and immediately. This is not image management. It is disciplined rhetorical training designed for real political pressure — debates, donor meetings, media interviews, town halls, and legislative environments.
I am also the mother of three daughters who expect to lead in whatever arenas they choose. Nolite exists because I intend to help build a political landscape worthy of them — and of the communities our leaders serve.
If you are running for office and you want communication that reflects both conviction and command, we should talk.
